Cannot Use Client to Download in-browser #28

When packaged for the browser, resolveFileFromPointers in metadisk-client hangs. As a workaround, I'm overwriting this method for the GUI to get file retrieval working.

The download is currently working, so moving this to closed, but implementing this feature will require additional changes related to insecure content warnings (no SSL certs for the farmers).
