Rename Tardigrade by Storj DCS in source code #16

Rename all the references, declarations, identifiers, etc., to Tardigrade, that exist in the implementation sources of this plugin, by Storj DCS.

This plugin was created before the rebranding of the Tardigrade service to Storj DCS.
