Update Satellite UI documentation with max file size recommendation #247

Goal

Update the Satellite UI docs to callout the max file size recommendations for uploading via the browser. This is related to this work in progress: https://github.com/storj/storj/issues/5148

Acceptance Criteria

Document created and complete (with what we know now) updated with the following callout:
- "The web browser is best for uploads up to 1GB. To upload larger files, please utilize the Uplink CLI."
