Change the syntax highlighting to `bash` on all shell script code blocks #365

There are lots of shell script codeblocks (e.g., docker commands, uplink commands, etc.) which have the Text highlighting specified at the start of their codeblock. It would be better if they all specified bash so they're better readable.
