Run storj/storj UI tests regression via CI/CD #153

The Storj DCS UI integrations tests require regular testing against the Edge Services. We'd like to know if we break compatibility before they know it. We need to determined the best way / time to test https://github.com/storj/storj/blob/main/testsuite/ui/uitest/edge.go in Edge CI/CD. Maybe using the new Storj Labs Edge Team "Autodeploy to staging" logic?

Artur found this came from Retro / Sprint Planning and the notion that we'd like to know in advance if we break compatibility.
