Goal

Determine the best way to detect "hot" files

Note: Dependent on a definition of "hot" files here:

Acceptance Criteria

Document data, charts, dashboards, etc that we can view to see details of hot files
If data doesn't exist, or a way to easily see the data isn't built -- break this issue down into issues to get there
