Make Link Sharing Service report more through eventkit

Goal

Today, Gateway-MT and Link Sharing Service report a few different fields through eventkit. We need to add response size to LSS's eventkit emits, but ideally, we also want to unify what GW-MT and LSS report.

Acceptance Criteria

• Link Sharing Service reports response size
• (optional) What Gateway-MT and Link Sharing Service report is unified
