zkSync Era Support for Storage Node Operator Payments

Summary:

The purpose of this item is to add support for zkSync Era to our open-source payment tools.

Intended Outcome:

• We have added support for zkSync Era into https://github.com/storj/crypto-batch-payment/
• We have figured out how to integrate with a paymaster in order to support zkSync Era
• We have tested the functionality with the Matter Labs development team.

We are waiting to hear back from the third-party service we will be using for the paymaster on zkEra.

We are going to make it possible for Node operators to opt into zkSync Era when the following tickets is completed. https://github.com/storj/storj/issues/5878

The acceptance criteria for this item should be: we have completed a Node payment cycle using zkEra. We are moving this item back to sprint 20 so that we can finish anything thats left to do on this effort in order to do the AUG payment cycle with zkEra.

We are going to mark this roadmap Item as completed. We believe we have done all of the work necessary to support zkSync Era for Storage Node operator payments and we will be conducting the first set of payments for August SNO payments!
