Move featured app (Uplink) to the top of the "All" list on the Applications page, regardless of sorting order (searching or filtering can hide it)
Rename title to "Storj Uplink CLI"
Change Uplink description on Applications page to something like "Official Storj command-line application that allows you to access, upload, download, and manage your data."
Update docs link to https://docs.storj.io/dcs/api/uplink-cli/installation
