Linksharing in libuplink #30

Background: Linksharing is now only possible through uplink-cli. This is done via HTTP through the auth service (gateway-mt/auth).

Goal: expose this functionality through libuplink.

To make this possible we need to add a DRPC server to the the auth service, because we don't want a HTTP client in libuplink.
