Sequences overview redesign

The sequences overview should be redesigned to be more readable and contain more information - needed for detection of missing metadata and data.

• sediment load not indicated
• precipitation start - show time only: "absolute time of run start (time delay to runoff start) - absolute time of precipitation end"
• allow ordering by other relevant columns (crop name, organization)
• crop name column too wide
