Possible water circulation! Check the input DTM raster for flat areas with the same height neighborhood. Can we solved it in providers in datapreparation? Typically is on hilltops and in waterbodies Dataset with this situation are here: s:\Public\2023_RAGO\SMODERP\02_SmoderpSimulace\Bykovice_pole\

@kavkapet What is the recommended way to solve it? If there really are some flat areas (happens also in the Nucice test data), how should the algorithm behave?

@pesekon2: Test if it is still falling on Bykovice and try to find out where exactly does it fail and why it does not fail with D8.

@kavkapet: SMODERP2D with MFDA runs without any issue on the Bykovice data for me. The issue was probably in something else that got solved meanwhile. Can you please test it if it still fails for you or shall we trust in my test and close the issue?
