TAMS info #6

@zmoon @knubez Thank you, I have merged in your changes! The only thing I just realized is that the TAMS logo does not properly show on the webpage (it does show up in the repo). Maybe this is related to how the markdown file is read in this setup, so I would suggest to add the link to the image using the same syntax as Zhe did for PyFlexTRKR a little bit further up in trackers.md
