[Self Hosted] GitHub repos not appearing #545

This issue happens only in the Self Hosted environment.

When creating a new App (Github Private Repo), you don't get the option to link an already linked repo from the UI, You have to use the URL of the repo.

This has been fixed without no further action required. It was probably a failure with the GitHub App.
