Error handling #8

Adds error handling according to the stormpath framework spec, as per issue #7.

It also removed dependency duplication in the build.gradle and adds a test for the request timeout scenario.

Micah, I guess you're swamped so I'm just going to merge this in to straighten the project up a bit for Eric.
