I like Pure CSS too, so I used their "Marketing" layout as a starting point.

Preview:

[x] Use some very very minimal CSS framework to style it up to look like a modern app
[x] We should only have buttons for login and registration, there is no need for a button that opens the forgot password screen directly.
[x] Review our JS code in the example app to make sure it's tidy and readable.
[x] Move example/login/index.html to example/index.html

If he has time, I think this is example is good for a beta

I'm going to merge what we have now (thanks @robertjd) - we can and should circle back to this in the future to make it even better w/ @alexdahl.
