ensure graceful shutdown on overtemp / lost AC situations #101

In case we loose AC cooling and temperature rises, all major systems (storm1-6 etc) need to shutdown gracefully- IDRAC has e.g. air intake temp values with warn/critical thresholds which have been reached in the past AC lost incidents. Identify / find right config (on IDRAC or OS level) and activate.
