Add quay to isar for serious container registry usage:

[x] Basic operator deployment via gitops
[x] Configure quay to use a nice hostname: quay.coe.muc.redhat.com. Optionally: with external DNS
[x] Integrate with COE SSO (see here)
[ ] Storage für Postgress & co evtl auf SAN und nicht NAS?
[ ] Storage s3 für Quay nicht von ODF sondern von NetApp SAN via MultiCloudGateway

Nice hostname works using quay config options (see config-bundle-secret, the extsecret for the wildcard coe cert and setting TLS to unmanaged in the quay CR. Using external dns would require setting "route" also to unmanaged, but I could not figure that out. Hence I am using a manual DNS entry pointing to the canonical router name in IPA.

Storage changes (task 4+5) is currently not doable, as the operator always used the default storage class. Opened an RFE against quay for that: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RFE-5467
