Poweroutage #75

We had a short poweroutage.

On the APC back the overload switch was turn up so power was OFF.

Sadly we had too many servers on the APC output.

I changed two rack power distributions from the affected output to the other APC output with way fewer consumers. That should solve the problem.

In addition, our main infra servers inf1 and satellite were also affected. I re-cabled one of the two power supplies direct to APC.
