OCP4 was offline for a couple of weeks and needs some tender, love and care. Things:

[ ] Update to OCP 4.9.x - 4.8. is kind of end of live
[ ] Update ODF accordingly
[ ] remove all uncessary/unsed workload (e.g. I see at least 4 CRW deployments/namespaces)
[ ] fix crash looping / frequently restarting pods
[ ] ...
