upgraded htl-loader and hltengine
added support for data-sly-include by adding a IncludeHandler
the set of includes is currently hard-coded in the metadata, but could be detected automatically during compilation.
added example story that uses an include.

Thanks for working on this! Im going to test it out with the core component files coming in from the cli we've been working on.

@tripodsan It does look like the build is failing though. Are you able to spin up the storybook example locally?

sorry for that...I had a wrong package version in the package.json.... should work now.
