Add GitHub Discussion links #615

Note: In the CommunitySupport component, I added a direct link to GH Discussions, rather than editing the ChatUrl prop. That's because ChatUrl goes to Discord everywhere (I think?) and there are many places where we'll still want to keep the Discord link as it is.

No. It's just cause Joe isn't part of the Storybook org so the CI run doesn't have credentials. @kylegach could you add Joe to Storybook org?
