Typings for addon-specific parameters:

[ ] Define extensibility structure (e.g. .storybook/typings.d.ts)
[ ] Define how addons modify this structure (e.g. codemod from sb add, manual config)
[ ] Typings for essential addons:
- [ ] actions
- [ ] backgrounds
- [ ] controls
- [ ] docs
- [ ] viewport
[ ] Add to CLI templates

@kasperpeulen You've done considerable work on improving this and other types, do you think this is still an open issue with storybook 7.0 beta?

@ndelangen Yes, still open, especially related to addons.
