[Documentation]: Wrong angular doc URL. #28430

Describe the problem

The documentation URL of README.md for Angular is not working. It redirects to the 404 not found page. The page URL where the link needs to be updated is https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/blob/next/code/frameworks/angular/README.md.
