To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: The error occurred when creating a new outline for Star Wars IV A New Hope as an additional sample. I'd created a new project using empty folders, and added ten stub scenes (title only), a Research folder, and two web pages, one with a scene list and one with plot summaries. When I tried to save the work, it threw the error, and the .stbx file wasn't out there. The folder was C:\Users\tcox\Documents\Writing

I tried recreating the above and the file saved created; I couldn't replicate the problem.

The log shows the precise cause of the error: RestrictedDescription: The specified name (Star Wars IV: A New Hope.stbx) contains one or more invalid characters.;RestrictedErrorReference: ;RestrictedCapabilitySid: ;RestrictedErrorObjectReference: WinRT.ExceptionHelpers+RestrictedErrorObject;__HasRestrictedLanguageErrorObject: False

It's the colon (:) in the title, which is invalid in a file name. We need to be validating these.
