Adding audio recording Feature/record

Feature: As user Mia I want to add a story so that I can find it later in my travel diary Scenario: User takes a picture and adds an audio description

• Recording happens in Story Detail page with a push to talk button
• Multiple recordings are possible and shown in a list
• Detail page opens when tapping a selected story in MapView
• Default mode: In Map View by selecting a Story you play all its recordings
• Mute mode: A toggle button in MapView allows to mute, so that audio is not played automatically
• A play button allows to manually play the selected Story in Map View
