Merge 1.0.0 Pre-Release #10

With the latest changes to the JS resources and some finishing touches on the documentation done, I guess we're ready for a propper 1.0.0 release.

@gona Let me know if there's something missing or if there are any unconsidered issues.

If there are no more tweaks necessary, I'm going to merge to master and tag the 1.0.0 release tomorrow.

After merging the release, there are some things to be done:

[ ] create a 1.0.0 tag
[ ] add the project to getkirby-plugins.com
[ ] make an announcement via the @getkirbyplugins Twitter channel.

I'm going to merge and tag the current state as a prerelease now for other developers to play around with.

After some more testing, we may be able to tag a proper 1.0.0.
