Ability to set break on wrongs or break on exceptions in the UI #739

This could be very valuable for troubleshooting. This was in Storyteller 1/2, but got lost in 3. Add it back.

Going to wimp out and say just do this through the command line. Prove the opts thing works and declare victory.
