Thanks so much for this! I was at Walgreens today picking something completely unrelated to programming up and came across a holiday deal on this Windows keyboard fr 75% off so I impulse bought. Upon plugging in, I could not get the lights to work and that quickly led me down this rabbit hole!

Long story short, I can confirm that this works on Apple M2 chip with Ventura 13.0.1.
