вбили Тёатральная - должно искать и 
Театральная. 
Вбили Орёл в городах - должно искать и Орел.

Тоже самое с А и А с шапочкой и т.п.. На карте 
Монреаля много станций с аксантами. При 
этом вводя в поиск Cote-des... ничего не 
получишь, потому что "o" там с шапочкой.
