lintian check for demo package doesn't pass #15

lintian -c dist/demo*.deb doesn't pass due to opt/demo and permissions. So for packages in opt/ there is a right way in overrides.

Thanks for feedback. Permission issues will be fixed before publishing ~~0.1.8 0.1.9.~~

Again will look into when I have more free time.
