Update zcash with bitcore patches #12

@str4d is there any chance of updating https://github.com/str4d/zcash with the patches required by bitcore (like the v1.0.13-bitcore branch on that repo )

I've rebased the patches on top of 1.0.15 in the branch v1.0.15-bitcore: https://github.com/str4d/zcash/tree/v1.0.15-bitcore
