Account data not updating... #18

Blocks are showing but the account data isn't updating. If you look at any block and then check any of the wallets from transactions within that block, there's no data for those wallets.

It's not every transaction... but here is an example:

Block #417900 with 3 transactions and presently 94 confirmations - https://zcash.blockexplorer.com/block/0000000000c8332624c2c221b885b6364cbd283a54c8912329fae4d2ff427d24

One of the three transactions is for wallet t1R2j6fAmgPnNjZ4UQ44Fri6E3QrB8VYEVm in the amount of 0.01534157 ZEC, however, when you go into that address it says no transactions recorded for this address:

I've noticed it isn't every block or every transaction... but it's quite often. I presently have an incoming transaction that has been on the explorer for 4 hours and it's not showing in my wallet because of this.
