A FreeBSD port is now available.

Add packaging information for FreeBSD.

As this was just created, could it please be renamed? Per the README in this repository, rage-encryption is the preferred fallback name (rust-rage is also misleading as this is not a Rust implementation of the Rage media player).

Got it. The port has been renamed to "rage-encryption" and the pull request has been updated accordingly.
