Force enable the CallKit #121

Is it possible to force enable the CallKit feature? CallKit is blocked in China, which causes the Apple Watch Walkie-Talkie function to be unusable.

Just want to point out that callkit is a policy restriction of the App Store (China) and does not affect the iOS/hardware.

It seems that even using an App Store account from another country does not unlock the CallKit feature within China. Could it be related to GPS location or the SIM card?
