You will need reset the com.apple.MobileGestalt.plist first before you click apply.

So I reset the plist and applied some tweaks (including Apple Inteligence) but when I click Apple intelligence (extra) it resets again

Click Apple intelligence (extra)will restart immediately without applying other tweaks, you need apply others before you click Apple intelligence (extra).

Yes i know but it still removes other tweaks bc of restart.
