Step 5. Open misakaX and enable the Apple Intelligence (tick option).

Step 6. Reboot your iPhone to apply changes.

Step 7. Open the misakaX app and click on the Apple Intelligence (extra) option. This bypasses the "Waitlist" / Eligibility.

Step 8. Wait about 15-20 minutes and login back to your iCloud account.

Login into iCloud on iOS 18. Step 9. Open the Settings app → Apple Intelligence & Siri and tap 'Join Waitlist'.

I tried It but got stuck at the waiting in waitlist part ( I might have messed something up Ill try again when I get home) (and yes I tried to use the button to bypass it)
