Add FaceTimeAudio, Compass full function in CN model #211

As known reasons in China, FaceTime Audio and FaceTime Group are removed, hope this feature can be added. Compass function is also unusable, without altitude, latitude and longitude display. Very thanks!

指南针啥的我记得好像有全功能开启办法 但ft音频和群组应该就彻底没辙了
