Since this has been asked a lot and there has been a lot of misinformation on it, I will clarify. MisakaX does not support iOS 18.1 at this time.
For context, I am the developer of Nugget, an alternative tool to misakaX. It appears both Tamago and Huy have left the scene. Hopefully they will come back but that is not known at this point.
iOS 18.1 patches the sparserestore exploit that this software uses. The readme does not state this clearly and should be updated. Any tweaks that you try to apply will not work.
The mobilegestalt features can be fixed with an update from the developers. Since this software is closed source, it is impossible for someone else to fork and update it. If you want to utilize the tweaks, you either need to downgrade to iOS 18.0.1 (while it is still signed) or use Nugget.
For @straight-tamago and @34306 if you want to use Nugget v4.0's code for the fix, you are free to do so. README.md should at least be updated to say that 18.1 beta 5+ is no longer supported if you choose not to.
