runserver but got page not found error #223

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download any version sample and unzip to folder
2. go to terminal run: python manage.py runserver --address 0.0.0.0
3. visit 0.0.0.0:8000, got "<h1>Page not found: /</h1>"

I'm working on MAC
