The robot was on the Charging Station with infoterminal sending tasks and the scheduler was adding them to the current schedule but navigation was not getting any commands to navigate anywhere.
The scheduler was restarted and the following error appeared /mdp_policy_executor_extended required SIGKILL. Could this be the cause?
