removed frenap #48

as discussed, I have removed frenap to make this repository independent of navigation. I created a separate frenap branch that still contains it. This frenap branch is protected, so it can't be deleted accidentally. I think the master branch should be without frenap and this is achieved by this PR.

as this is easily reversible, I'll merge it now to try a release
