Robot footprint #22

Currently the rectangular footprint is causing problems for the robot. In particular it appears to be able to drive into locations which it cannot get out of. Please can someone take responsibility for exploring better footprints? Apparently this can be done by dynamic reconfigure if someone can provide information on this.

Note that KTH's robot is poorly, so they won't be able to do this.
