adjust dwa planner params. as a result, the robot follows better its … #58

…global path (instead of following the arcs of the local planner)

Tested in simulation and on Betty with @bfalacerda and @cburbridge. However, no long-term tests have been done yet. It would be great if somebody could give it a try before merging, maybe @Jailander?

Note, that strands_navigation usually uses parameters from strands_movebase...

@marc-hanheide let me know whether this qualifies for a beer

I'm testing them in simulation they seem fine will test in Linda after lunch

They work on simulation, I was in a meeting for the rest of the afternoon and didn't get to test in Linda, however I put them on Henry already and @cdondrup was moving him around with them but as I forgot to ask him to specifically look for them I can't give you an assessment right now

yes they work better in Linda as far as I can tell merge if you want
