add state_publisher in scitos_2d_nav.launch? #6

Since the scitos_2d_nav.launch is the "complete" navigation launch file for the scitos, shouldn't it be self-contained also include the scitos_state_publisher.launch from scitos_description? Otherwise everytime we launch scitos_2d_nav, we also have to launch scitos_state_publisher...
