[scitos_docking] Add positionUpdate parameter to launch file #138

Has to be added in movebase and navigation launch file as well.

I would make it true dy default in the docking itself.

Not having it in the launch file still means that we cannot really configure it properly. Simply adding it to the launch files would be fine for me. Can set the default to true in the launch file then.
