We just tested this on the robot and seems to work. @cburbridge can you see if you're OK with this?

looks ok, would be nicer in the ScitosDrive.cpp but then would have to add a reconfigure callback to that module, and also it appears on the robots own display in the ebc menu so I guess it fits here....

OK, just a heads up to @hawesie @lucasb-eyer @yianni: This will per default enable the magnetic strip detector. It can be switched off, but for safety we should be running it per default.
