removed everything #67

this pull requests removes everything from the repository. scitos_bringup has been moved to https://github.com/strands-project/scitos_drivers and the meta package had ceased its right to exist, being all on its own. The PR will make the repo also invisible in jenkins report, fixing the problem of duplicate packages we have in https://lcas.lincoln.ac.uk/jenkins/job/generate_report/145/

Eventually, this repo shall for now only remain for the past tickets. Or, if those are somehow moved (e.g. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15892574/how-to-move-issue-within-github-organization) it can be deleted.

BTW, this PR fails for a good reason: Namely that there is NO package to be compiled... That's exactly the point...

too late ;-) Serious, I'm happy to revert this, if someone still objects but I need to fix that bug now
