Added human_aware_navigation and dependencies to strands_navigation.launch #102

See #101. Default behaviour is unchanged. To run with human_aware_navigation, start with with_human_aware:=true.

I think this makes most sense and we don't need a dedicated launch file for that.

Ah, I replied to #101 already on this. So this will not launch the person detector/tracker I see. Would you want to keep that separately? I'm agnostic, to be honest.

Regarding the default value, should I set that to true?
