Moving launch files

Shall I move the system launch files from here when I create the new system-specific repositories?

In https://github.com/strands-project/strands_navigation/issues/109 we decided to

• [x] moving the strands_linda stuff into our own Linda dump: https://github.com/LCAS/linda
• [X] create a deprecated branch
• [ ] moving the other strands_<ROBOT> packages to a deprecated branch
• [x] move the README and the strands-specific launch files (everything that is going beyond launching the scitos robot) to strands_systems and create a strands_bringup with them (including the great README)?
